(WHTM)-- Election officials are still looking for poll workers with less than three months until the primary election.
Tuesday marked "Help America Vote Day." Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt stopped by the East Shore Library in Lower Paxton Township, one of many polling locations.
He's encouraging anyone who is eligible to step up, especially in a presidential election year.

Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt encourages eligible Pennsylvanians to sign up to serve as poll workers for the April 23 primary election and Nov. 5 general election as part of Help America Vote Day.
"When you have higher turnout you obviously have more voters and the possibility of longer lines and you want to avoid lines as best as you can," Schmidt said.
