HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Now that Christmas is over, that means we are getting closer to the most "farm-full" time of the year in central Pennsylvania.
Thousands of people are expected to flock to Harrisburg for the 2025 PA Farm Show for its 109th year, and this year they are offering tons of new features.
First off, make sure you mark down the dates for the Farm Show this year which is from Saturday, Jan. 4 to Saturday, Jan. 11. It will be held at the PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, located at 2300 N. Cameron Street.
One new event that looks to be a popular one is the mini highland cow snuggling.
The cows will be coming from Swartz Farm in Mohnton, Berks County. Check out some Pennsylvania-raised turkeys at the new Turkey Showmanship event that features youth showing and marketing off turkeys they have raised.
Also, expect long lines for the new mint milkshake at the Farm Show.
Admission to the Farm Show is free, however, attendees will have to pay $15 for parking.
