LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) - It's a great weekend to be a music fan or musician in the Red Rose City.

The 16th Annual Launch Music Conference and Festival is going on through Sunday.

In the daytime, there are conferences with industry professionals to talk about the ins and outs of the industry.

At night, bands and solo performers will perform at points all over the city.

"The musicians all connect and they gig swap and they and they talk about collapsing in the studio," Jeremy Weiss, conference director and founder, said. "It's just one big family during the day. Then at night the family parties their butts off and that's what we really like."

The festival has previously hosted Meghan Trainor, Twenty One Pilots, and Blake Shelton in town.

For a schedule of performances, check out their website.
