Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the man who stole a $30,000 crown from the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church on 21st Street.
Police say the man broke a stained glass window on January 11, 2025, at approximately 1:04 a.m. and stole a gold crown adorned with gems which is worth approximately $30K from the head of a Mary statue inside the Church.
The man was captured on surveillance video and was seen wearing a facemask, black jacket, grey pants, and red or pink sneakers.
