(WHTM) - Across Pennsylvania, residents are preparing for the first snow event of the season, but exactly how much snow you may see depends on where you live.
On today's "Beyond The Forecast," meteorologist Dan Tomaso will take a look at where you could see a dusting and which areas could see as much as six inches of snow on Friday. The show will stream live late Thursday morning.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike is warning drivers ahead of the incoming winter weather which they say will begin Thursday and continue into Friday and Saturday. The areas the Turnpike says could see the heaviest snow are between the New Stanton (Exit #75) and Bedford (Exit #146) Interchanges.
Other areas on the mainline PA Turnpike between the Ohio Line and Breezewood, as well as the Northeast Extension north of Allentown, could see periods of rain switching over to snow.
