(WHTM) - A new contract agreement has been reached between Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education and the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties.
According to the APSCUF, the final language is continuing to be worked out after a lengthy bargaining session on a four-year agreement.
The full details of the agreement will be made public until the process of ratification and approval is complete. the APSCUF and State System's Board of Governors will each review the contract after their most recent deal ended last June.
The APSCUF represents about 5,000 faculty and coaches at the 14 State System campuses: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester.
