(WHTM) — The Pennsylvania Lottery is urging players to check their tickets, as an unclaimed winning Powerball with Power Play ticket worth $150,000 is set to expire soon.

According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, the unclaimed winning ticket was sold by Weis Markets, 2186 State Route 54 in Montgomery Borough, Lycoming County for the Monday, December 11, 2023, drawing.

The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 1-24-27-31-62, and the red Powerball® 20 to win $150,000, less applicable withholding. Without the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power Play multiplier drawn was three.

To claim the ticket, a prize claim must be filed with the PA Lottery, either by mail or at a Lottery Area Office, by Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

The Pennsylvania Lottery encourages claimants to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481, and file a timely claim at any of the Lottery’s seven area offices. The Lottery says appointments are recommended and all PA Lottery area offices are open to the public between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., however their headquarters in Middletown is closed to the public.
