ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) -- Police are investigating a shooting near a football stadium and college campus in the Lehigh Valley.
The shooting happened around 9 p.m. Friday in the 2400 block of West Liberty Street in Allentown, according to Allentown Police.
Muhlenberg College Department of Public Safety officers reported someone was suffering from a gunshot wound sustained off campus. They were taken to a local hospital by Allentown EMS.

The 2400 block of West Liberty is adjacent to Muhlenberg College's campus, specifically Scotty Wood Stadium, the school's football stadium.
