PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WHTM) -- A man was stopped at a TSA security checkpoint at the Philadelphia International Airport after his hand, wrapped in elastic wrap triggered an alarm, according to a TSA spokesperson.
After inspecting the man's hand, the spokesperson says officers detected a box cutter that was concealed beneath the wrapped hand and wrist.
