UPDATE: Members 1st Federal Credit Union shared that their phone lines, online and mobile banking platforms have been restored. If users are still experiencing issues they are encouraged to call Customer Service at (800)-237-7288.
(WHTM) -- Members 1st Federal Credit Union users are reporting problems with their online accounts, however, the credit union says it is not related to a hack.
“We are aware of an outage impacting our phone lines, online banking and mobile banking app," said Chief Relationship Officer Chad Adams. "Our internal teams are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible while maintaining network security. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank our members for their patience.”
ATMs are still available for members.
The credit union has been in business since 1950 with dozens of branches across Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York.
